Onesie Dress and Tiny Shoes

One of my bestest friends had a beautiful baby girl not too long ago and I decided to try and make something special.  I haven't made clothing for a long time so I was a littler nervous!  But they turned out so cute!
Little details:

Pleats
Double stitching, contrasting fabric.
The onesie is still all intact so you can button it right up and it stays in place.
The part I was most excited about though was the shoes...
Oh, tiny shoes are so adorable!
I love the pleats!
I found the pattern for these adorable shoes at homespun-threads
She had a bunch of other patterns I want to try.
One more picture for you,
Thanks for stopping by!

ACK! Those shoes are incredible Melissa - you did such a great job on them - they look like they came from a high-end boutique! Lucky baby who gets to wear them!

VERY cute! I've always wanted to learn how to sew. Baby clothes are slightly harder to sew than clothes for older kids or adults because they're smaller (I think) but you did such a fabulous job! Wow!

Oh my goodness! I cannot believe those cute little shoes! I have tried several little show patterns for my girls, but none of them turned out nearly as cute as those.

We miss you guys! Any chance we can convince you to vacation in Missouri?
